End of the Year Celebration & Business Meetings
Each December our operations, revenue, accounting, investors, and support teams come together for three days. New technology, applications, and tools were front and center during our meetings. Support personnel presented on a range of topics including HR & Payroll.

Ideal Hospitality brought our leadership team together to reflect on 2023, plan for 2024, and recognize this year’s achievements. The two-day meeting culminated in the presentation of leadership and frontline awards. We are proud of everyone one our team. The awards were presented over the course of three days of meetings which included budget planning and the formation of our plans for 2024.
The meetings concluded with a holiday party and our annual Passing of the Belt Ceremony. Past honorees Cindy Harper, Brian Mock, and Maria Cobos presented the Belt for Hotel of the Year to Heather Nugent & Team of the Holiday Inn Express Port Wentworth.
