TownePlace Suites Chatham Parkway’s Ribbon Cutting

Ideal Hospitality proudly celebrates the opening of its sixth hotel in the Savannah market with the completion and ribbon cutting of the new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Savannah, Georgia — a five-story, 112-suite extended-stay hotel strategically located near Downtown Savannah along the growing I-16 and Chatham Parkway corridor. With operations ramping up quickly, the hotel is already emerging as an important addition to Savannah’s expanding hospitality landscape.

The project brought together an outstanding development and operations team led by Ideal Hospitality Investments, with General Manager Maria Cobos overseeing hotel operations and project leadership provided by Yash Patel and Cammerron Jackson. From groundbreaking to grand opening, the collaboration between Ideal Hospitality, Omega Construction, OM Design Solutions, TLC Engineering Solutions, and Coleman Company, Inc. helped deliver a high-quality hotel designed to serve one of Savannah’s fastest-growing areas.

The TownePlace Suites also marks Ideal Hospitality’s seventh newly constructed hotel overall, further strengthening the company’s expanding presence across the Southeast. In addition to this opening, Ideal Hospitality currently has two additional Savannah-area hotels under construction through franchise agreements with IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
