Accounting

Ideal maintains strict cost control and reporting standards. Our accounting cycle produces detailed expense analyses, including biweekly payroll comparisons. Monthly financial packets are ready for investor review by the 20th of each month. Budgets are established annually and adjusted based on market changes and the hotel’s financial status. Our accounting associates have a strong foundation of line-level hotel experience.
